West Creek Events is proud to partner with TL Tents & Rentals to provide quality tents, tables, and chairs for your celebration. This partnership ensures our clients have access to reliable, stylish, and comfortable essentials that complement our venue and help create a seamless event experience.

Tent Policies

West Creek Events does not provide tents, chairs, or tables for tented events. For all tent-related services, we proudly partner with TL Tents & Rentals. We coordinate delivery timing and work directly with TL Tents & Rentals regarding tent placement on the property.

Tent Setup & Responsibilities

Tent setup is scheduled for the Wednesday prior to your event. TL Tents & Rentals will manage:

Setup of tables, chairs, lighting, and sidewalls according to your finalized layout.
Tear-down and removal of all tent elements after the event.
Proper anchoring of tents and sidewalls to ensure safety in high winds.
Provision of heaters if needed (by TL Tents & Rentals or another approved vendor).
Final lighting checks to ensure everything is complete and operational.
