Booking & Availability
How do I book an event?
You can reach out to us directly through our contact form, email, or phone. Once we confirm your date and details, we’ll provide a contract and deposit information to secure your booking.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 12 months in advance for weddings and large events, and 6 months in advance for smaller gatherings, to ensure your preferred date is available.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due prior to your event.

Venue & Amenities
What is included with a venue rental?
Rentals include exclusive use of the event space, tables, chairs, and standard setup/cleanup. Additional amenities and packages may be available upon request.

How many guests can your venue accommodate?
A: Our venue accommodates up to 100 guests indoors and 200 guests outdoors. Please contact us to discuss your specific event size and setup.
What is the timing for my wedding?
Venue access begins at 10:00 AM on the day of your wedding. Guests and vendors must depart by midnight.
What is the timing for rehearsal?
Rehearsal access begins at 4:00 PM, and all rehearsal activities must conclude by 10:00 PM.
Do you offer on-site catering?
We work with trusted catering partners but also allow outside catering with prior approval.
Can cars be left overnight?
No, vehicles may not be left parked overnight. All guests and vendors must remove their cars by the end of the event.
Event Details
Do you offer event coordination or planning services?
While we do not provide full-service planning, we are happy to assist with logistics, recommend vendors, and ensure your event runs smoothly.
Can we decorate the space ourselves?
Yes! You are welcome to bring your own décor, as long as it does not cause damage to the property. We also offer décor rental options if you’d like some extra help.
What types of events do you host?
We host weddings, showers, birthday parties, corporate gatherings, holiday celebrations, and more. If you have a special occasion, we’d love to help make it memorable.
Can we bring in outside vendors (photographers, florists, DJs, etc.)?
Absolutely! We welcome outside vendors and are happy to provide recommendations if you need them.
