Décor Rentals

Want to add a personal touch to your celebration? We offer a variety of optional décor rentals, including candles, place settings, and other decorative details.

Décor rentals are available for an additional charge and are completely optional. Our goal is to make event planning easier by providing convenient access to beautiful décor and event essentials all in one place.

Catering & Outside Catering

Your venue rental includes access to customizable bar packages and trusted catering partners. When choosing one of our catering partners, all catering arrangements and payments must be coordinated through West Creek Events to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.

Simply provide us with your preferred catering option, guest count, and desired service times, and our team will help coordinate the details so you can focus on enjoying your event.

Outside catering is permitted. A copy of your catering invoice is required as proof of licensing and allows our staff to confirm that all items listed have been delivered upon arrival.

A 20% gratuity fee will be added to the total outside catering invoice to compensate our staff for handling, setup, preparation, and coordination.

 

Alcohol Policy

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, West Creek Events maintains the following alcohol policies:

• Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. All alcohol must be provided through West Creek Events.

• Guests found bringing outside alcohol onto the property may be subject to a $100 fine and possible removal from the venue.

• Underage drinking is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.

• West Creek Events reserves the right to refuse alcohol service and/or remove guests who violate venue policies or create an unsafe environment.
